Transformative workspace redesign completed for Warwick Estates

Ralph + Smith recently partnered with Warwick Estates to deliver a transformative workplace design for their new Ground Floor premises at Field House. The result? A dynamic, collaborative, and future-focused environment that supports productivity, flexibility, and employee wellbeing.

Understanding the Vision

Our approach began with an in-depth exploration of Warwick Estates’ brand values, working practices, and team structures. By engaging with stakeholders and conducting detailed spatial analysis, we identified opportunities to improve the flow, functionality, and user experience of the space.

The Warwick Estates team described the process as “an absolute joy from start to finish.” Chloe and Claire worked closely with them to understand not just the practical requirements, but also the feeling they wanted the space to convey for their team and visitors. As they put it:

Designing for People and Purpose

The new workplace benefits from high ceilings and full-height windows, allowing natural light to flood the space and create an uplifting, energising atmosphere.

A Cohesive and Inspiring Space

Furniture selection played a crucial role in bringing the design together. Ralph + Smith carefully aligned finishes, textures, and colours to create a harmonious and cohesive aesthetic throughout the space. Every piece was chosen to complement the overall scheme while enhancing functionality and comfort.

Warwick Estates tied their office move-in with a wider brand refresh, and despite not having all the brand details finalised at the time, they felt that Ralph + Smith “just got it” — translating their vision into a space that reflects who they are now and where they’re going next.

The completed project is a modern, adaptive workplace that strengthens team connectivity, reflects Warwick Estates’ forward-thinking ethos, and provides an inspiring setting for both employees and visitors.
